Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (also known as Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge and Pirates of the Caribbean: The Revenge of Salazar outside of the US) is the fifth installment in the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise, released on May 26, 2017, as the sequel to On Stranger Tides. Good movie, great graphics, lots of action and great acting." The Final Adventure Begins." ―Tagline There is some innuendo in this movie-probably more than the others, but still nothing that offensive. I guess it was because the mermaid characters were bare-chested, even though there was nothing shown. Sexual themes are mild-I have yet to understand why this was on the content descriptor for this movie. There is mild language in this movie (“damn” if I recall). The ending battle shows a pirate turning from flesh to bone, which could be gross to some (but probably not if you saw the 1st movie). Blackbeard tortures one character badly, and Jack Sparrow is given a slice in the chest. The violence level in this movie is not quite as intense as the previous POTC movies. He soon finds himself onboard Blackbeard’s ship and a slave to whatever the evil pirate commands. He is reunited with his old flame, Angelica Teach, who he finds out is the daughter of the ruthless pirate Edward Teach- aka Blackbeard. POTC: On Stranger Tides follows the story of the ever-popular pirate Jack Sparrow who is now “in need of a crew” as well as a ship.
